lyrics
Perverted origin of all species
Fragment of an omniscient being
Modelling the flesh of the masses
The blackest impious monolith
Relic of another multiverse
Far beyond existence laws
Psychedelic chaotic incarnation
The shards of creation’s sorrow
It has been here since the apparition
Of celestial clusters and stars
Pillar of primordial conception
Quintessence of a black hole
Decaying Putrid God
Kneel to the forbidden black stone
Made from darkest matter
Rotting stone radiating black
Fiery piercing the skies
Magnetic dreadful aura
Pray for the rotting monolith
Pray the ancient pestilence
Pray for the rotting monolith
Pray the ancient pestilence
Pray for the rotting monolith
Pray the ancient pestilence
Since the dawn of men it remains silent
Everlasting corrupted monument
Worshipped as an eternal still god
Mighty unbreakable cenotaph
Pray for the rotting monolith
Pray the ancient pestilence
Worshipped as an eternal still god
Mighty unbreakable cenotaph

Heaviest thing I’ve heard all year along with Altarage. Okay I’ve been listening to this record for the past two weeks and it just gets better and better. Dissonant grooves galore Jacob Ballance

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
